G Con Construction is bringing a new Bar Louie to the heart of the Lebanon Gateway development, positioned between the upcoming Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites. This freestanding restaurant and bar will feature modern design, signature cocktails, and warm hospitality.
TRU BY HILTON – COLLEGE PARK
Indianapolis, IN
Previously the site hosted Caribbean Cove, a 66,000 sq ft water park and convention center.
Expected to open in May of 2026, the $40 million redevelopment will satisfy the demand for local hospitality and casual dining.

Completed in 2023, the Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville Ontario showcases G Con Construction’s expanding footprint in international hospitality development. This contemporary, extended-stay hotel was built to deliver the brand’s signature brand.

G Con Construction successfully repositioned this property from a former Comfort Inn into the modern Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis Airport Area, delivering a complete transformation aligned with IHG’s brand standards. G Con Construction successfully transformed the former Jameson Inn into the Delta Hotels by Marriott Indianapolis Airport through a full-property repositioning and brand conversion. This comprehensive renovation modernized guestrooms, public spaces, and amenities—including the addition of The Crafthouse Taproom—creating a sleek, upscale experience aligned with Marriott’s standards.

Front Royal, VA
G Con Construction transformed the former Holiday Inn Front Royal into a modern DoubleTree by Hilton through a complete interior and exterior redesign aligned with Hilton’s brand standards. The result is a warm, contemporary property that enhances guest comfort and elevates the hospitality experience in the Shenandoah Valley.
BAR LOUIE – Chicago Marriott

As part of the major renovation at the Chicago Marriott Northwest, G Con Construction completed the full build-out of a brand-new Bar Louie inside the hotel. This modern, energetic dining space was constructed to bring a vibrant social hub to the property, featuring contemporary finishes, a full-service bar, and a layout designed for both hotel guests and local visitors.
