The Bar Louie franchise is a chain of bar/restaurants in the Midwest region. Known for their relaxed atmosphere and diverse menu, they offer a wide variety of food and drinks, from craft beers to signature cocktails.

As part of the growing Lebanon Gateway development, G Con Construction is leading the creation of a brand-new standalone Bar Louie restaurant—bringing one of America’s most recognized casual dining brands to Boone County. Positioned between the Fairfield Inn & Suites and the upcoming TownePlace Suites, this freestanding build is designed to serve both hotel guests and the local community, offering a vibrant atmosphere, signature cocktails, and scratch-made cuisine in a welcoming, modern setting.
The project features a contemporary exterior design with bold architectural accents, an expansive outdoor patio, and a spacious dining area tailored for social gatherings, events, and everyday dining. Inside, the layout reflects Bar Louie’s signature style—where industrial finishes meet warm textures and inviting lighting to create a lively yet comfortable environment. G Con’s expert coordination ensures every element—from kitchen systems and bar installation to lighting, acoustics, and guest flow—is executed with precision and quality craftsmanship.
