General Contracting
At Ghoman Construction, our field and office teams come together with a shared goal of delivering a project on time and in a safe manner. We provide a deeper understanding of Hospitality construction relative to the contract documents and strive to understand the needs of the owner.
FFE- Procurement
We offer full FPM (FFE purchasing management) from design input all the way to installation from our dedicated installation and transportation teams. It takes experience to understand the flow and rhythm that is FFE, we provide cost effective solutions to hotel developers and contractors.
Division 9 Self Perform
GCON self performs division 9 and provides a turnkey finish from drywall to FFE install and final cleanup, providing the owner and contractor one source for the final product.

Absolutely. We conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and environmental assessments to determine if a property is viable for construction.
