G Con’s renovation team worked closely with ownership and IHG representatives to complete the repositioning on schedule and to exact brand standards. Every guestroom and common area was reimagined to reflect IHG’s latest “Formula Blue” design concept, featuring open layouts, modern furnishings, and elevated functionality. Public spaces were completely updated—including the breakfast area, fitness center, meeting rooms, and exterior façade—to create a consistent, inviting look and feel from arrival to checkout.
