College Park is one of Ghoman Construction's largest projects to date, as this project includes 3 different builds: a Tru by Hilton, a LivSmart by Hilton, and a Bar Louie.

• The Tru by Hilton is a 64,000 square foot, 114 room hotel with a pool.

• The LivSmart by Hilton is a 65,000 square foot, 93 room extended stay hotel.

• The Bar Louie is a 6,500 square foot, full service restaurant and bar.
