The Moxy conversion consists of 161 brand new keys of vibrant hotel space outfitted in the 17-23rd floors of the south tower.

Moxy Hotels by Marriott are known for their stylish, playful, and social atmosphere. They focus on compact, minimalist rooms and vibrant communal spaces, aiming to be a fun and affordable experience for younger, more price-conscious travelers. However, Moxy hotels still offer the luxury that comes with the Marriott brand, as they include various amenities including: walk-in showers, premium MUK bath amenities, flat-screen HD TVs with Youtube and Netflix, open wall closets, and they're even pet friendly!

Full-Service Starbucks

We're proud to be building a new Starbucks location, bringing a modern and inviting coffee shop to the Capital Center. This part of the project will feature a sleek, contemporary design with a spacious cafe and comfortable seating for customers to relax and enjoy their favorite brews.

Bar Louie

The Bar Louie franchise is a chain of bar/restaurants in the Midwest region. Known for their relaxed atmosphere and diverse menu, they offer a wide variety of food and drinks, from craft beers to signature cocktails.
