The process begins with comprehensive site planning and traffic engineering to ensure the facility can accommodate both high-volume passenger vehicles and large commercial trucks. This includes evaluating roadway access, circulation patterns, parking layout, and utility needs across a large footprint. Once the design is finalized, major civil work begins—including grading, drainage systems, utility installation, and foundations for retail space, fueling areas, and amenity buildings.

Fueling infrastructure is installed next, with high-flow diesel systems, DEF lines, monitoring technology, and large canopy structures engineered to withstand heavy use and weather exposure. Interior construction follows, focusing on retail areas, restaurants, restrooms, and driver amenities designed for durability, cleanliness, and comfort. Mechanical systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing are integrated to meet the demands of round-the-clock operations.
