Our Work

The way of our work

Your Vision

A project of any size starts with a parcel. Our team works with you from the very beginning to ensure that your development is on the path to success. We know that land development can come with its fair share of surprises, and that's exactly why we do all that we can to get ahead of any unforeseen circumstances.

01

Feasibility

Here's where planning is important - Once we've conceptualized your initial idea, we'll hit the ground running on three key aspects that are essential to a successful development: permitted uses, financial modeling, and construction planning. We believe it's critical for every client to know exactly how we bring your vision to life. Creating an asset involves many moving parts; Whether it's working with our network of experienced real estate experts or our team of asset managers, we'll make sure your build is thoroughly aligned within your financial expectations.

02

Construction

Construction requires diligent planning. Plans are thoroughly studied to ensure everything is accounted for. Our team of professional estimators are consistently keeping up with the market trends. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our seasoned trade partners in the Midwest, which we carefully select to service your project. Once we are confident in the budget and schedule, we will mobilize and begin construction.

03

Turnover

Once our team has completed the build, we'll begin the turnover process. This is critical in ensuring you have every tool necessary to keep your systems running smoothly. Our asset managers are readily available to to step in where necessary to ensure your team is knowledgeable of all the potential benefits and constraints of your given market, from our personal experience.
